u14s announcement
Tuesday, June 23, 2009
Dear Sir/Madam,
In light of the H1N1 threat, we will be conducting a temperature taking this Saturday prior to the commencement of the tournament. Everyone will be required to undergo this process, inclusive of teachers, coaches, participants and spectators. Furthermore, if any person exhibits the usual flu symptoms, they will be taken aside and monitored in order to curb the spread of virus. We also ask for your cooperation in urging your students to stay at home if they have taken ill.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and ask for your understanding in the matter.
Attached is a brief explanation of the process of motion selection which will take place for all four rounds.
Regards,
Amaris Lee
